Funeral services for Ruth V. Carstens, 93, of Norfolk will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, September 8, 2012 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Winside with Rev. Timothy J. Steckling officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Winside. Visitation will be Saturday starting at 9 a.m. at the church. Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.
