SIOUX CITY (AP) - A Sibley man has pleaded guilty to distributing methamphetamine. Federal prosecutors say 48-year-old Esmelin Belloso-Valle entered the plea last week.
Officials say Belloso-Valle was involved with selling meth in the Sioux City area in 2011 and earlier this year.
