BATTLE CREEK - The Wayne High Lady Blue Devil Golf team competed in the Mid State Conference tournament in Battle Creek on Tuesday. Wayne shot 422 and earned fourth-place honors behind champion Norfolk Catholic (360), Boone Central (382) and O'Neill (410). Leading the way for Wayne was 7th place medalist Cassidy Wiese (94), followed by Marissa Wiese (100), Holly Grosz (108), Kaitlyn McAlister (111), Varya Roberts and Emma Loberg (120), Aspen Pflanz (126), and Lila Goos (127). Wayne is competing at Columbus Scotus today.
