LOGAN VIEW (KTCH/KCTY) - The Wayne High volleyball team improved its record to 10-8 on the year with two wins last night at a triangular hosted by Logan View/Scribner-Snyder. In the first game, Wayne downed Madison in two sets, 25-12 and 25-15. Sarah Maxson had six kills to lead the hitting attack. Sydney McCorkindale offered up 10 set assists, while Meagan Backer and Sydney Burke had 11 and 10 digs, respectively. In the second game, Wayne bested Logan View/Scribner-Snyder in three sets 19-25, 25-23 and 25-12.
