PIERCE - A former Osmond man was sentenced to probation for 12 months after pleading guilty to second degree forgery. 28-year-old Christopher Shepperd, now of Lincoln, was charged with second-degree forgery when he wrote three checks to Pierce County businesses on another individual’s account. Shepperd was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, to complete 100 hours of community service, and spend 90 days in jail.
