Pender Author Holding Book Signing In Wayne Today

WAYNE - Wayne Public Library and Senior Center host area writer, E.J. Obermeyer. Ms. Obermeyer was born in Hollister, California and raised in Santa Cruz, California. She moved to Nebraska in 1969, and now lives in Pender. She always wanted to write a book and once she started, it turned into a series, The Glory McGuire Mystery Trilogy. She will tell the story of her writing career during her presentation and book signing. There will be two opportunities to meet Ms. Obermeyer. She will be at the Senior Center for lunch and a presentation from noon until 1pm. Later in the day, she will be set up at the Library from 5:30-7:00 pm. She will have a short presentation about her life and career at 6:30. There will be an opportunity to purchase her books during both sessions. The last book in the trilogy will be published in November.
