LINCOLN - Rachel Wise of Oakland will be representing Northeast Nebraska on the state Board of Education.
Wise defeated Norfolk’s Tom Schommer, garnering 56% of the vote. Wise will replace Jim Scheer, who resigned to run for the District 19 seat in the state legislature.
