WAYNE (KTCH/KCTY) - District 1 Wayne County Commissioner Kelvin Wurdenman was sentenced to pay a total of $1,000 in fines in County Court on Monday, after pleading no contest to his charges. Wurdeman’s sentencing for Count I of Theft was $250, and for Count II of Official Misconduct was $750. Wurdeman also faces a November 20 recall election, though he has filed an injunction against Wayne County Clerk and Election Commissioner Deb Finn to stop the recall.
