WAYNE (KTCH/KCTY) – In Community events today, the Wayne Chamber Coffee is at Wayne Head Start this morning at 10:00. The first drawing for a $50 prize during Wayne's Holiday Stamp Card promotion will take place. Hartington's Candlelight Christmas is this evening. Businesses will be open late tonight and there are special events going on all day. The Lighted Parade is at 7 pm.
