WEST POINT - The Wayne High Mock Trial team qualified for the State Competition in Omaha December 4th and 5th by defeating South Sioux City twice yesterday, winning the Region 6 championship held at the Cuming County Courthouse in West Point. Members of the team include attorneys Angie Nelson, Cassidy Wiese and Ramsey Jorgensen, and witnesses Aspen Pflanz, Colin Webster, Emma Loberg, Marissa Wiese and Victoria Kranz. Wayne went 7-1 in Regional Competition with its only loss to South Sioux City.
