WAYNE (KTCH/KCTY) - The Wayne City Council met last night. Items on the agenda included a decision to table a resolution amending the City of Wayne Energy Star Program for fiscal year 2012-2013, as well as the approval of authorization and direction of the sale of three lots for the Benscoter Addition Planned Unit Development. The Council also recessed and convened as the Community Development Agency, where they approved the right of first refusal agreement for Kelby Herman, regarding five lots on the Western Ridge II Subdivision. The Council will next meet December 4.
