WAYNE (KTCH/KCTY) – In community events today, the 2012 Agricultural Outlook Seminar will be hosted at the Wayne Fire Hall from 9:00 am-1:00 pm and will include a lunch catered by Vel's Bakery. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at Barb Frevert Photography at 9:45 this morning. The Wayne Area Chamber Coffee is at the Wayne Auditorium at 10:00 am, and will feature the Wayne Elementary 4th Grade Carolers. A Ring Around Wayne Bell Concert by the bell choirs of four Wayne churches - First Presbyterian Church, First United Methodist Church, Grace Lutheran Church and Our Savior Lutheran Church will take place tonight at 7:30 at the Wayne National Guard Armory. There is no admission charge, but they will take free-will donations that will go towards purchasing music for the bell choirs.
