VALLEY - A winter weather advisory is currently in effect for Thurston, Cuming, Burt, Dodge and Washington counties, and will remain in effect until noon. Blowing snow is expected to continue through the rest of the morning and strong winds will produce blizzard-like conditions at times as well as low visibility.
