OMAHA, Neb. (AP) – Officials have reopened Interstate 80 in Nebraska in the wake of the blizzard that swept through the state. Crews allowed traffic back onto the interstate yesterday afternoon, nearly a full day after it was closed because of dangerous road conditions. The interstate had been closed from Kearney to Lincoln.
