SIOUX CITY, Iowa (AP) - A Nebraska man has been sentenced to nearly 11 years in prison for selling marijuana and crack cocaine in northwest Iowa. Thirty-year-old Jason Martinez pleaded guilty in June. He had previous convictions in Douglas County and in New York.
