LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - Authorities say two people were killed and four others were injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 80 in Laramie.
Wyoming Highway Patrol Trooper Erik Shoden said a pickup truck struck a concrete support Thursday morning and rolled at least 2 1/2 times. He says 12-year-old Sergio Carmona, of Columbus, Neb., was killed in the crash, and 13-year-old Verania Carmona died at a hospital. All five passengers in the pickup were thrown from the vehicle, but the 23-year-old driver had to be extricated. The patrol says it appears he might have fallen asleep at the wheel.
