Make sure to register your dogs and cats if you live in the City of Wayne during the month of May. Registration fees during this period will be $6.00 per dog or cat and licenses can be obtained at the Wayne Police Department. More information can be found under the Community Events tab.

Community Events Today

WAYNE - In community events today, Michigan-based author, Bill Jamerson, will present a music and storytelling program about the Civilian Conservation Corps at Noon in the Wayne Senior Center. The program, co-sponsored by the Wayne Public Library and the Senior Center, is free and open to the public. Jamerson's presentation includes stories and original songs that describe the lives and experiences of those woring in the Corps. Refreshments will be served.  

The Wayne Farmers Market will be open from 4:00-7:00 pm on the east lawn of the Wayne County Courthouse.
